Building technical equipment management - MaR, reconstruction of heat sources
Each building must be equipped with the applicable ventilation, cooling and heating equipment/technology, which must be effi ciently controlled and managed. Automatic measurement and control systems (MaR), are used for this purpose, which are, an inseparable part of the service provided by our Technology Division Department. During the design of the relevant project we prefer Domat system which we use together with software application RC WARE for the entire dispatch system and for remote data transfers. Thanks to the versatility of our software environment we can communicate with other MaR systems.
If the customer already has the relevant MaR system design done by other manufacturer, it is not a problem either. Thanks to our extensive experience with other MaR suppliers, we are able to deliver systems from other manufacturers as well. One of the new features offered by our system is an automatic reaction feature of the MaR system, which utilizes weather forecast information and which represents additional energy cost savings.
Our offer in connection with MaR systems includes:
- proposal and design of MaR system projects manufactured by Domat, Johnson Control, Siemens, etc.
- installation of cable distributions and connection of regulation/control elements;
- testing and adjustment of servo drive sensors;
- delivery of MaR distribution cabinets and connection to the system;
- comprehensive assistance during the start-up of regulations/control programmes;
- delivery of remote monitoring applications and connection to the dispatch in case of reconstruction or construction of heat source devices we would provide a complete delivery of boiler rooms and exchangers stations - turnkey operation.
