Our history
AB Facility was established in 1999 as an internal unit of a multinational concern ABB focusing on facility management services.
In 2003, during a restructuring process, ABB was separated as an independent company and sold to a private fund managed by Genesis company.
Between 2007 and 2008 we have acquired several other companies, which signifi cantly expanded the portfolio of our services.
In 2009, AB Facility Services SK s.r.o was established (at present AB Facility s.r.o.), which gradually strengthened our position at the Slovakian facility management market.
In 2011 the investment group Penta became the majority owner of our company. The involvement of our new and strong owner is an additional impulse and motivation for future development of the entire AB Facility group.
